Okay there's some confusion abt 18dec uh.
I've got some info from the school.
1.You will receive your posting results via sms, if you filled your number in the S1 form.
You can go to school on 18dec onwards to collect your cert.
2.If you did not fill in a hp number, you have to go to school & collect your results together with your cert.[I think]
